Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TopicForge (the "Service"), including the website, tools, and any API integrations provided by us ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
TopicForge helps creators generate short discussion-oriented videos and, where supported, upload them to their own social media accounts (for example TikTok or YouTube Shorts) using official APIs.
TopicForge is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country), are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and your use complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs via your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of Social Platform APIs
When you connect a TikTok, YouTube, or other social account to TopicForge, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf only to the extent required to perform actions you explicitly request (such as uploading a video).
- We do not request more scopes than needed for the features.
- Access tokens are stored securely and are not sold or shared with third parties.
- You can revoke our access at any time from TopicForge or from the social platform’s own settings.
You remain fully responsible for complying with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you connect.
5. Your Content
"Content" includes any text, prompts, AI-generated outputs, images, audio, or videos created or uploaded through the Service. You retain ownership of your Content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your Content only as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not infringe third-party rights, break the law, or violate platform policies.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use TopicForge to:
- Generate or distribute spam or deceptive content;
- Automate posting in ways that violate platform rules;
- Promote hate, harassment, violence, or illegal activities;
- Scrape or collect data from platforms in violation of their terms;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or harming the Service or others.
7. AI-Generated Content
TopicForge may use AI models to help generate questions, scripts and other content. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review all generated content before publishing it and you are solely responsible for its use.
8. Fees
Some features may be offered as paid plans. Any pricing and billing terms will be presented separately. By subscribing you agree to those additional terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee any particular engagement, audience growth, or revenue on TikTok, YouTube or any other platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
